Nothing makes a good party better than to leave the cooking to someone else! From feeding a gaggle of teens to having "the guys" over for Superbowl Sunday, P'sghetti's knows how to hit the spot with our delicious party menu.

Our best values are: "Family Specials" which include pasta, salad, garlic bread and a sub sandwich. Let us know how many people you are serving, and we will provide you with an estimate of how much food you will need.

A GALLON TRAY OF PASTA

Gallon trays are approximately 9x13 aluminum pans. One gallon of pasta can serve 8-10 as a main dish, and 15-20 as a side dish. Unless otherwise ordered, our pasta is hot and ready to serve. Please arrange pickup as close to serving time as possible. Cold pasta is also available (with heating instructions) with 24 hours' notice.
Note: Ravioli trays for Christmas Eve pickup are only available as cold pasta.

SALAD BY THE GALLON

We provide four types of eye-catching, palate pleasing salad by the Gallon, with our House dressing served on the side. A Gallon Tray serves 10-12. The Tossed Salad consists of lettuce, red cabbage, carrots and tomatoes. OurVeggie Salad brightens up the basic Tossed Salad by adding Provel cheese, black olives, red onion and pepperoncini. The Chef Salad adds ham, salami, egg and Provel cheese to the Tossed Salad. Our newest addition, the Chicken Club Salad, is a Tossed Salad with the addition of chicken strips, bacon and Provel cheese.

SANDWICHES FOR THE WHOLE GANG

Our 16 Inch Sub and Super Sub Sandwiches serve 3-4 hungry people. The Sub Sandwich consists of Ham, Salami, American cheese and lettuce on a whole loaf of our freshly baked delicious bread. Add roast beef and Provel cheese to the Sub fixings, and you have our Super Sub.

Does the thought of just another long skinny sandwich leave you cold? Consider our "Specialty Sandwiches"! We require at least 24 hours notice for the actual construction of these works of mouth-watering art, but the splash of something different is worth it.
